One-on-one Online Training

One-on-one remote training is Feel Strong Fitness’s core product. We provide a program built exactly for you and your situation, schedule, history, and goals. We are constantly adjusting it as needed based on how your performance and your feedback.

Programming is delivered via our online coaching portal, and is accessible via e-mail, browser, or phone app. Your coach is constantly checking in on your progress, reviewing workouts, answering questions, and tweaking your program to get you where you want to be. You move toward YOUR goals, not anyone else’s. Is something not working? We’ll change it. Are you making amazing progress? We keep up with you and make sure you’re continually challenged.

The BELLS & WHISTLES

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT:
Everyone’s first workout contains a joint-by-joint assessment, which we use to look for limitations and red flags in flexibility and mobility. If you’re a remote client, you’ll film the results and a coach will interpret them.

LIFESTYLE PLANS:
Do you also need help with nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle? You got it. We include daily goals designed to improve your day-to-day experience, along with your workouts. It’s all included in your membership.
